Product Specialist

As a Credit Assessment Analyst at the company, your role will involve tracking covenants and managing exceptions/deviations, conducting regular reviews of cases, performing inspections/site visits, and assessing sectors. You will be responsible for detailed financial analysis, including finalizing financial models, preparing Credit Approval Memoranda, and following internal approval processes. Additionally, you will need to meet all pre-disbursal and post-disbursal compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Communication/PR of Banks products: - Undertake brand communication initiatives for designated products - Communicate product positioning messaging to differentiate YES Banks products in the market - Increase Banks visibility in the finance circle/industry sector - Market Research: - Conduct primary and secondary research to understand consumers, competition, and current market conditions - Prepare sector tracking/management presentations - Credit Appraisal: - Appraise proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, and Economic conditions - Documentation and Compliance: - Maintain high-quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance on an ongoing basis with product partners, OSD, Risk Management, and other Relationship Management group Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of credit assessment processes and documentation requirements In this role, you will play a crucial part in the credit assessment process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
