You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Relationship Managers to help them achieve their goals in alignment with the bank's overall strategy. Additionally, you will manage client relationships by identifying their financial needs, providing advice, structuring deals, and closing agreements. Furthermore, you will assess banking needs and risks for clients to optimize risk-reward for the bank. Undertaking brand communication initiatives for designated products and conveying product positioning messages that set YES Bank's products apart in the market will be part of your responsibilities.
