We are hiring for one of our client for the role of Field Sales-Steel/Iron based out at Bangalore location. PFB the details:

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Buyer Management

• Handling all queries/mails/calls regarding e-auctioning prospects.
• Cold calling prospective buyers for different categories and fixing meetings with them as per their availability.
• Visit prospective new buyers and explain them about the services that we offer and products that we auction.
• Describe each product category, its characteristics and benefits to attract the buyer to register with us.
• Regular follow up with prospective buyers. Make sure all prospective leads are converted for FA participation .
• Maintaining relationship with existing buyers and encourage them for participation in all auction .
• Mobilise lost buyers by understanding their concerns and providing solutions to it with the help of seniors and the extended team.
• Handle registration of new buyers, collect & maintain hard copies of documents, provide knowledge about auction process.
• Motivate buyers to submit EMD for various auction.
• Coordination with Customer relations and auctions team to inform buyers about auctions planned for each category of material.
• Provide solutions to queries of new and existing buyers.
• Arrange trainings to new buyers as well as new users with existing buyers as and when required to ensure effective participating in auctions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with the buyers by regular contact.
• Update all buyers about new products and cross-sell/ upsell mjunction services wherever possible.
• Help in organizing customer meets with the team .
• Regular monitoring on buyer registrations, lost buyers etc.
• Encourage outstation buyer participation by providing information about different products and sellers from other states.
