About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about direct customer engagement, skilled in building strong relationships, and committed to exceeding sales targets. You will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the Hyderabad market , especially within the retail sector , by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing high-impact deals. Key Responsibilities Conduct 7-10 in-person meetings daily with prospective and existing clients to present and demonstrate product/service offerings. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on loyalty and repeat business within the retail industry. Identify and assess customer needs and pain points , delivering customized solutions that highlight product value. Actively prospect and generate leads through field activities, cold visits, and local networking. Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads through targeted field engagement and professional outreach. Negotiate and close deals , consistently achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets. Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that enhance brand presence. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to spot new opportunities. Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sale support to maximize satisfaction and retention. Communicate confidently in English and the local language (Telugu/Hindi) to build rapport across diverse clientele. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the retail or B2B sectors. Proven ability to build relationships and effectively engage stakeholders at various levels. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, product demos , and deal closure . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-focused approach. Self-driven, target-oriented , and capable of managing time and responsibilities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-the-ground sales environment . Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales documentation. Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi . Must hold a valid drivers license and be willing to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
