Field Sales Specialist

As a Business Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding our business presence in various markets. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers and partners, driving product adoption, and ensuring business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through efficient training and effective retention strategies. - Conduct market mapping on both supply and demand sides. - Deliver partner and customer targets for assigned areas. - Actively manage the driver customer community to enhance service quality and value for all stakeholders. - Implement supply/customer retention activities such as partner engagement, zonal-wise supply fulfillment, and customer retention. - Engage in partner and customer negotiations, communication, community building, and network practices. - Execute marketing and branding initiatives in alignment with the BTL plans. - Gather market and competitive intelligence to create actionable insights. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of field experience. - People management experience is an added advantage. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. - Exceptional drive, interpersonal skills, and ability to contribute effectively in a team environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused approach. - Willingness to be hands-on in the field and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners. - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
