You will join a fast-growing IT company based in Nashik, dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. Your role as an HR Executive will involve managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding of IT and non-IT professionals, conducting employee engagement and retention activities, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting management in HR strategy and policies, and handling PF and ESI compliance. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/PG in HR or equivalent qualification, have over 4-5 years of HR experience (preferably in an IT company), possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be familiar with HR software and tools. Freshers with a strong HR interest are also encouraged to apply.
