Field Sales Specialist

You are a Field Sales Executive with 0 to 6 years of experience and your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities for packaging products like plastic courier bags and security pouches across regions. You will need to build strong client relationships, understand client requirements, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your key responsibilities include identifying and visiting potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, recommending suitable products, following up on leads, coordinating with the internal team, achieving sales targets, and reporting daily field activities. To excel in this role, you should have 0 to 6 years of experience in B2B or field sales (Packaging/Industrial products preferred). Freshers with good communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales are also welcome. You must be willing to travel locally and regionally, possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, work independently, and have basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
