Responsibilities Field Job • Procuring new clients through cold calls/direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. ● Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings ● Negotiating with clients to create a win-win ● Attending networking activities to research & connect with prospective clients. ● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure good referrals. ● Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients. ● Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. ● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. ● Providing inputs to marketing staff on consumer preferences though CONSUMER RESEARCH ● Remaining in tune with trends in consumer preferences to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. ● Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. ● Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. ● Researching organizations & individuals to find new opportunities/markets. ● Achieving targets ● Creating new benchmarks ● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. ● Engage in constant professional and personal skill upgradation Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; presentable; affable; ability to convince; who loves interacting with people; field job and challenges; excellence in English communication shall be an added advantage
