Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/BDM/Sr BDM located in Chennai. The individual will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with different departments to ensure client requirements are met. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in packaging materials or related industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team player with leadership capabilities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
