About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to revenue growth by managing existing accounts and expanding our reach across South and West India. The role involves frequent travel and requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, retain, and grow business from existing B2B clients.

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients across relevant industries.

• Conduct field visits in the assigned region (South/West India) for sales closures and relationship building (7–10 business days/month).

• Visit industrial estates and business hubs in the base location 5 days a week to meet with potential and existing clients.

• Lead sales operations, drive revenue targets, and monitor individual and team performance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless post-sales support and client servicing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3 to 10 years of experience in domestic B2B sales (mandatory).

• Proven experience in managing direct B2B clients, especially in sectors like manufacturing, e-commerce, quick commerce, or online brands.

• Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales and account management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Willingness to travel extensively and operate in a target-driven environment.

• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
