Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Present and demonstrate our products effectively to prospects. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Manage and document interactions with clients using CRM tools. Work towards achieving sales-related goals and targets. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and promotional activities. Gather feedback from customers to inform product developments. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Participate in networking events to generate leads. Report on sales metrics and forecast future sales trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
