About ClassTym Phygital: ClassTym Phygital transforms education by combining personalized digital and physical learning experiences. We offer specialized after-school programs in Public Speaking & Communication and Programming & AI for students from Grade V-IX, designed to build essential 21st-century skills through expert-led, interactive sessions. Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic School Partnership Sales Associates to work directly with schools in Tier 2 cities to establish partnerships for our after-school programs. This is a B2B field sales role where you'll engage with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers to introduce ClassTym's skill-development courses as value-added programs for their students. Key Responsibilities School Partnership Development: Identify and approach primary and secondary schools offering Grade V-IX programs Conduct face-to-face meetings with school principals, academic coordinators, and management Present ClassTym's after-school program portfolio and partnership benefits Negotiate partnership agreements and enrollment targets with schools Maintain detailed records of school interactions and partnership status B2B Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet monthly targets for new school partnerships and student enrollments Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to school leadership teams Explain the revenue-sharing structure and benefits for schools Address school concerns about program implementation and logistics Convert leads into signed partnership agreements Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with school administrators Identify key decision-makers and influencers within school networks Monitor competitor activities and educational trends in assigned territory Attend school events, education fairs, and networking opportunities Provide market insights and feedback to management Territory Coverage Systematically cover assigned geographical area with focus on target schools Maintain detailed territory maps and school databases Plan daily/weekly school visits for maximum productivity Develop territory-specific strategies based on local school needs Report on territory performance and growth opportunities Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, BBA preferred) 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education sector Experience in institutional sales or dealing with schools/educational organizations Understanding of school operations and decision-making processes Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills in local language + Hindi + Basic English Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Ability to build rapport with school administrators and teachers Understanding of educational needs and challenges in Tier 2 cities Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency CRM/lead management experience Physical Requirements: Ability to travel extensively within assigned city/territory Comfortable with daily school visits and field work Laptop & Smartphone with good internet connectivity for presentations and reporting
