Position: Business Development Associate

Role Summary:

The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall business success. The role requires proactive market engagement, strategic sales planning, and effective collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target coaching classes, bookstores, and other relevant institutions within the assigned territory.
• Generate and pursue new business leads to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through lead generation, networking, and market outreach.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and timely follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored product or service solutions that align with their goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales records and generate regular performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to measure performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development—to ensure seamless client service.
• Share best practices and insights with peers to foster a collaborative team culture.
• Deliver exceptional post-sales support and promptly address client concerns or escalations.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
Industry Preference: Open to all industries; experience in Education, Publishing, or related sectors will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
