Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Role:

  • Identify and onboard e-rickshaw and auto-rickshaw drivers for a leading mobility platform
  • Assist drivers with registration and account activation on the platform
  • Ensure each driver completes 10 trips within 5 days of onboarding
  • Guide drivers on app usage and trip process
  • Maintain daily reports and driver follow-up

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit local stands, routes, and hubs to find drivers
  • Help with app installation, KYC, DL/RC upload & activation
  • Follow up to ensure trip completion targets are met
  • Resolve onboarding/trip-related queries from drivers
  • Share daily performance updates with the team

Eligibility:

  • Any sales or field recruitment experience is preferred
  • Basic communication ability
  • Smartphone is mandatory

Earnings & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary + Travelling Allowances + Incentives + Mobile Allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
