This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and recruitment. We wil provide training during first 4 months of traininf (internship) period. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles. Successful interns may be offered a permanent position based on their performance. Key Responsibilities: Handle the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, profile validation, follow-up, engagement, offer negotiation, and successful placement. Source candidates from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Ensure a high conversion ratio from profile submittals to interviews and successful placements. Assist in various HR tasks as required. Take ownership of additional responsibilities as the need arises. Maintain and update candidate records on various platforms (Excel, ATS). Actively participate in developing and improving recruitment processes. Who Can Apply: Only candidates who are available for a full-time, in-office internship.
