Job Description

1. Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, guiding them about university programs, generating leads, and supporting the admissions team. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to achieve targets, and a student-friendly approach.

2. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain available courses, admission procedures, scholarships, and university facilities.
Follow up with enquiries generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, events, partner counselors, and referrals.
Maintain a high call volume per day and ensure quality conversations.
Convert leads into campus visits, counselling sessions, and admissions.
Respond to inbound queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Update and maintain student data in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
Coordinate with admission counsellors, marketing team, and departmental heads for updates.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy in communication at all times.
Provide timely feedback about market trends, student concerns, and competitor activities.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
Confident, polite, and student-centric approach.
Ability to explain academic programs clearly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,152.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
