Role Overview We are seeking a Field Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving AlertMend’s growth. You’ll be the face of our company—meeting potential clients, understanding their pain points, and showing how AlertMend can transform the way they manage cloud infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves meeting new people, and is excited about working in the DevOps/Cloud ecosystem. What You’ll Do Identify, connect with, and convert new customers in the DevOps/SRE space. Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase AlertMend’s value. Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and key decision-makers. Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and pipeline management. Work closely with the founders and marketing team to refine go-to-market strategies. Gather feedback from customers and share insights to help shape the product roadmap. What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B SaaS, IT services, or cloud/DevOps tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills—you can explain technical value in simple terms. Hustler’s mindset: proactive, persistent, and not afraid to knock on doors (literally or virtually).
