Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers to increase lubricants sales.
  • Identify and approach potential customers like mechanics, garages, and retailers.
  • Promote and sell automotive lubricants in assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Execute field sales visits and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity.
  • Provide feedback from the market to management
  • insure product visibility and branding in retail outlets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.
  • Travel frequently within the region for meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
