Sales Executive Job Description Wallpaper Wallah is a leading provider of high-quality wallpapers and wall coverings, dedicated to helping customers transform their spaces. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for design, and an understanding of the home decor industry. Job SummaryAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by effectively managing the entire sales cycle—from initial lead qualification to closing the deal. You will work closely with our telecalling team to nurture qualified leads and convert them into satisfied customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing our product range, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management and Conversion: Take ownership of pre-qualified leads provided by the telecalling team. Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, style preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable wallpaper and wall solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product catalog, including material types, designs, textures, and pricing. Stay updated on market trends and competitor products. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting: Accurately record all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the home decor, interior design, or building materials industry. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills. You must be persuasive and articulate in both Hindi and English. Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and B2C sales processes. Interpersonal Skills: You must be a people person—friendly, approachable, and capable of building trust quickly. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and find creative solutions. Self-Motivated: A high level of drive, initiative, and a strong desire to succeed. Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory. We value experience and a proven track record of success more. Travel: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
