Telecaller Job DescriptionWallaper Wallah is a leading provider of high-quality wallpapers and wall coverings, dedicated to helping customers transform their spaces. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and play a crucial role in our sales process. Job SummaryAs a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to call and qualify leads, understand their needs, and determine their interest in our products. You will then effectively manage and share these qualified leads with our sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover. This is a vital role that directly contributes to our sales success. Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from provided lists and databases. Introduce Wallaper Wallah and our product offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Ask targeted questions to qualify leads, assessing their needs, budget, and timeline. Accurately record and update lead information in our CRM system. Communicate with the sales team to provide them with high-quality, pre-qualified leads. Follow up on cold and warm leads to nurture potential opportunities. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer basic customer inquiries. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls and qualified leads. Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Strong listening and probing skills to effectively qualify leads. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Google Sheets, Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus. A positive and professional attitude.
