Job Description

·        Lead Generation and Prospecting:  Identify new business opportunities and new sales opportunities through activities like cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.  ·        Sales Presentations and Product Demos:  Present and promote company products or services to potential and existing customers, providing product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.  ·        Customer Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.  ·        Sales Target Achievement:  Work to meet and exceed personal and team sales quotas and revenue growth targets.  ·        Negotiation and Closing:  Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close sales deals to secure new business.  ·        Market Research:  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and monitor competitor activities.  ·        Reporting and Administration:  Prepare and submit sales reports, maintain customer databases (often using CRM software), and provide sales forecasts.  ·        Collaboration:  Work with internal teams, such as marketing and sales departments, to coordinate efforts and achieve overall sales objectives.  ·        Sales Generation:  Prospect for new clients and pursue sales opportunities in their assigned territory.  ·        Client Meetings & Demonstrations:  Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients, demonstrating products or services and presenting tailored solutions.  ·        Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.  ·        Sales Closing:  Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.  ·        Territory Management:  Manage and develop a sales pipeline within a specific geographic area, often working independently.  ·        Market Research:  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.  ·        Data Management:  Maintain a customer database and regularly update sales activities and progress in a CRM system.  ·        Post-Sales Support:  Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service to clients after a sale is made.
