Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and campaign optimization to achieve business growth objectives.  Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising).  Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.  Optimize website performance for SEO, user experience, and conversion rate.  Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.  Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.  Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.  Manage company website updates, landing pages, and blog content.   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.  Generate regular reports on marketing performance and insights for leadership ·        Campaign Management:  Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.  ·        Content Creation:  Develop and update engaging content for blogs, social media posts, websites, and email newsletters to attract and retain an audience.  ·        Social Media Management:  Maintain and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, create targeted content, and engage with followers.  ·        Website and User Experience (UX) Optimization:  Work to optimize website content and user experience to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.  ·        Analytics and Reporting:  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data using web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to measure campaign success and ROI for stakeholders.  ·        Market and Trend Research:  Identify market trends, research competitors, and brainstorm new, creative growth strategies to keep the company competitive.  ·        Collaboration:  Work with internal teams, such as designers, copywriters, and sales teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to create and execute effective campaigns.  ·        Budget Management:  Establish and manage advertising budgets for different digital platforms to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
