Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and expand customer base across
2–3 assigned districts
.
Map markets at distributor/dealer level: analyze market size, trends, competition, and gather distributor feedback.
Support distributors in driving orders from retailers and ensure consistent secondary sales.
Conduct
product trials
to demonstrate applications and drive adoption.
Communicate new schemes, promotions, and business updates to distributors; capture feedback for business alignment.
Expand and strengthen the
distributor/dealer network
within the territory.
Develop and maintain
market intelligence
on competition, pricing, and customer needs.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering.
1–3 years of sales/distribution experience (preferably in Abrasives, Building Materials, or Industrial Products).
Strong distributor/dealer management skills with understanding of secondary sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Flexible to travel extensively within assigned districts.
