Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our field sales team. This role involves identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

· Analyse data to make informed decisions and refine sales/marketing strategies.

· Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B/B2C clients to drive business growth.

· Provide exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

· Sales Execution

· Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

· Generate high-quality leads through diverse marketing channels (cold calling, referrals, digital campaigns, etc.).

Collaboration & Campaigns

· Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate on product knowledge dissemination and promotional activities.

· Performance Tracking

· Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

· Optimize strategies based on market feedback and performance data.

Candidate Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: 2+ years in field sales, preferably in the Iron & Steel or related industries.

Language: Basic English proficiency.

Skills:

· Proven expertise in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and customer service.

· Strong time management, negotiation, and market research abilities.

· Knowledge of sales strategy development and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Age: 25–45 years.

Gender: Male.

Location: Candidates residing in or willing to travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
