Full job description Roles and Responsibilities  Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers  Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitors, and achieve sales targets.  Field Visits: Regularly visit clients at their locations to ensure engagement and promote the platform.  Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data using CRM tools or other designated systems.  Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills and Competencies  Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.  Good negotiation and presentation skills.  Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.  Basic understanding of technology and ability to adapt to CRM tools or mobile apps.  Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
