Full job description Roles and Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitors, and achieve sales targets. Field Visits: Regularly visit clients at their locations to ensure engagement and promote the platform. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data using CRM tools or other designated systems. Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills and Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus. Basic understanding of technology and ability to adapt to CRM tools or mobile apps. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
