Our solutions serve a diverse clientele including large-scale factories, construction sites, and power plants, empowering the next generation of infrastructure and industrial excellence. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, performance-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our high-impact sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with demonstrated expertise in the cement, industrial paints, or construction chemicals sectors, and a passion for developing new business in a rapidly expanding market. As a key ambassador of our brands, you will drive our growth strategy by building meaningful client partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to meet evolving industry needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and energy sectors. Proactively visit and engage with potential clients at factories, construction sites, and power plants, showcasing our product range and value proposition. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through after-sales support. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and maximize market share. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals aligned with client requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development using company CRM tools. Desired Profile: Minimum 3 years’ proven field sales experience in cement, paints, or construction chemicals industry. Strong business development acumen and a successful track record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and driven by results, with a genuine zest for continuous learning and professional growth. Ability and willingness to travel extensively to client locations as required.
