As a Field Sales Manager (B2B) for a Mumbai-based automation company expanding its sales efforts in Hyderabad, your role will be crucial in developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve and surpass targets within the Hyderabad region. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their automation needs, and proposing tailored solutions to drive business growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and presentations will be essential. Collaborating with the internal technical team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and the delivery of appropriate solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Staying updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to proactively identify new business opportunities will also be necessary. You will be expected to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address clients" specific needs and highlight the benefits of the company's automation solutions. Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system is another critical aspect of your responsibilities. Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services will be required. Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team will also be a part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of 4 to 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in automation or related technology sectors. A strong understanding of automation products and services, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, will be beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing deals, is required. This is a full-time job opportunity.
