Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partnering
with the Stake holders to determine the CP month on month.
Sourcing
and screening the candidates for the required Bikers/ Van CEE (Delivery CEE).
Evaluating
the skills and competencies of the candidate including Personality, Appearance,Communication, and customer focus skills.
Scheduling
and performing to close the interview loops with the panel.
Working
with respective HRBPs for induction planning and Onboarding Formalities.
Briefing
the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
Following
training calendar and sharing nominations on prior as per the schedule
Follow
up with the selected candidates till training handover.
Monitoring
the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.
Involving
Field activities and other promotional activities
Maintaining
Walk in Tracker, Joining tracker Report
Coordinating
with Vendors for Biker hiring.
Initiating
another mode of hiring verticals. GeneratingReferrals from the employees Cutting down the CPH.
Experience
in Field Recruitment/Blue Collar Job Hiring would be a plus.
