Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations, primarily through in-person recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in the field to meet hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and other community outreach activities to source candidates. Conduct on-site recruiting efforts at company branches, job centers, or other recruitment hubs. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Develop strong relationships with local community organizations, colleges, vocational schools, and workforce development agencies. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
