Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for 100% Adherence in opening of hub at 6AM Receiving the load from vehicle to the hub & in the portal with the other TLs Sorting shipments according to Pincodes & Route wise in coordination with other TLs Negotiating with riders during allocation of shipments Bagging & Connecting the RTO, RTS Shipments & bags Updation of Pincode to be done for the misroute & non-serviceable zone shipments Tracking live performance of rider partner by viewing the statuses updated by the rider partner, solving on field queries & analyzing the dashboards Real time calling on Not Contactable, CID and non OTP canceled cases Closure of runsheet after completion of delivery & pickup rider wise Adherence of Secondary QC Check before closing pickup runsheet Mandatory adherence of Inventory Reconciliation on daily basis
Key Responsibilities: Handle escalations raised by sellers regarding pickup delays, order issues, delivery concerns, or payment discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams such as Hub Operations, Field Executives, Tech Support, and Finance to resolve issues. Log and track escalation tickets in the internal CRM or ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution. Ensure SLAs and response timelines for seller escalations are strictly adhered to. Provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders regarding issue status or delays. Analyze repeat issues/escalation trends and provide insights to the operations or seller management teams. Ensure proper documentation of calls, escalations, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken. Assist in the continuous improvement of seller experience by identifying gaps in service delivery. Eligibility & Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Experience: 02 years in call center operations, Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends.
