Recruit and manage delivery riders across your coverage area.
Ensure each rider has a valid licence, vehicle in good condition, and smartphones/apps working.
Plan daily rider shifts and allocate routes to maximise on-time deliveries.
Monitor rider performance: number of deliveries, failed attempts, feedback.
Coordinate with the hub/dispatch team to ensure parcels are ready and loaded correctly.
Enforce safety standards: rider must wear helmet, follow traffic rules, maintain vehicle.
Handle rider attendance, payroll, incentives, and address grievances/escorts.
Track costs: fuel, maintenance, per-delivery payout, route efficiency.
Implement process improvements: reduce failed deliveries, optimise routes, lower cost.
Provide basic reports everyday: rider count, deliveries done, issues encountered, targets for next day.
