Title-Regional Outreach Executive (Field Recruiter) Location- 1 position in Bihar/Uttar Pradesh, 1 in Odisha/ West Bengal/ Jharkhand Reporting To- HR Head / Project Director – Balaji Infrastructure Objective- Build ITI, Diploma & local contractor networks to mobilize 20–100 skilled & semi-skilled workers per month for Renewable O&M & EPC Projects (Solar, Wind, Fabrication, Electrical, Mechanical). Employment Type- Full-time (Field Based) Travel Requirement15–25 days/month within district & nearby states Documents Required- Aadhar, PAN, education certificate, local references Perks- Travel reimbursement, incentive bonuses, performance awards, fast-track promotion to State Coordinator Responsibilities Identify and visit ITI colleges, Diploma institutes, local contractors & training centers. Conduct small mobilization drives to collect candidate lists (electrician, fitter, fabricator, helper, wind technician). Maintain database (Name, Trade, Contact, District, Willingness to migrate). Coordinate joining with HR team & ensure attendance verification after 30 days. Create local WhatsApp networks of ITI pass-outs, ex-workers, and agents. Build MOU partnerships with institutions & contractors. Report weekly status (college visits, workers joined, retention, pending). Conduct verification of documents before sending candidates. Maintain trust & relationship in assigned region for long-term pipeline. Candidate Profile Education: Minimum 12th pass; preferred ITI/Diploma background. Experience: 0–3 years in recruitment, field marketing, or placement coordination. Must have bike & smartphone. Strong communication in Hindi/local language. Must be comfortable with travel, village-level outreach, and working with ITI youth. Candidates with previous mobilization experience in Suzlon, Adani, Tata Power, O&M manpower, etc. preferred Proposed pay structure (recommended) Base salary: ₹10,000- ₹18,000 per month (for highly experienced candidate). Travel allowance (fixed or actual up to cap): ₹4,000 / month (or actual with receipts). Per-worker joining incentive: ₹200 per worker who reports for duty (paid after verification of joining documents & photos). Per-worker retention incentive: ₹300 per worker who completes 30 days on site (paid after attendance verification). College MOU bonus: ₹2,500 per MOU that results in ≥ 20 deployed candidates within 90 days. Contractor tie-up bonus: ₹1,000 per contractor who supplies ≥ 15 workers in first batch. Performance bonus: Extra ₹5,000 if monthly mobilization > 100 workers (one-time monthly). Example payout scenarios (illustrative) Basic (25 workers/month): Base 10,000-18000 + travel 4,000 + joining(25×200=5,000) + retention(25×300=7,500) = ₹28,500 total. Good (60 workers/month): Base 12,000 + travel 4,000 + joining(12,000) + retention(18,000) + 1 MOU (2,500) + 2 contractors (2,000) = ₹50,500. Excellent (100 workers/month): Base 12,000 + travel 4,000 + joining(20,000) + retention(30,000) + 2 MOUs (5,000) + 3 contractors (3,000) + perf bonus 5,000 = ₹79,000.
