Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end field recruitment for bulk and niche requirements across the northern region.
2. Conduct on-ground sourcing through job fairs, walk-ins, vendor coordination, and local networking.
3. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and closures.
5. Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer rollouts to ensure quick joining.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and daily hiring reports.
7. Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth candidate joining.
8. Meet aggressive hiring timelines and volume targets with quality delivery

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
