Job Description

he Warehouse Operations & Manpower Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations while also ensuring adequate manpower availability through field recruitment, coordination, and vendor management. The role requires strong on-ground presence, people management skills, and the ability to balance operational targets with manpower planning. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Oversee daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch Allocate manpower shift-wise based on workload Monitor productivity, accuracy, and SLA adherence Coordinate with Team Leaders and supervisors on floor operations Handle attendance, discipline, and basic workforce issues Ensure safety, hygiene, and process compliance inside the warehouse Manpower / Staffing:Ensure daily manpower availability as per operational requirement Conduct field recruitment for warehouse roles (pickers, packers, loaders, helpers, executives) Coordinate with manpower vendors and staffing agencies Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities Manage attrition and ensure quick replacement hiring Maintain manpower reports (requirement vs availability vs joining) Skills & Requirements:Experience in warehouse operations and field recruitment Strong people management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting Willingness to work on shifts and be fully field-based Knowledge of e-commerce or logistics operations preferred
