Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Manager will oversee daily field operations, manage and supervise security and housekeeping staff, ensure compliance with company and legal standards, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, solving operational issues, and ensuring that the services provided meet the company's quality standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to solve operational issues effectively
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in facility management is a plus
