Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operation Manager - Facilities, based in Noida. The role involves overseeing daily operations of facility management services, ensuring optimal maintenance of facilities, and coordinating team activities to deliver seamless service. The individual will be responsible for managing staffing requirements, monitoring resource utilization, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Some remote work flexibility is provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in facility and technical maintenance, including knowledge of operational efficiency and workflow management in facility settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee security, housekeeping, and skilled/unskilled manpower operations.
• Proficiency in vendor management, budget planning, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and clients effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant work experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in facility management, security services, or HR outsourcing is preferred but not required.
