Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Operation Manager - Facilities. The role includes overseeing facility management processes, managing the security, housekeeping, and maintenance operations while ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager will lead teams, coordinate schedules, manage client relationships, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and logistical needs. Additionally, they will analyze operational procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong operational management and organizational skills, including resource planning and process optimization
Experience in managing facility operations, including security, housekeeping, and technical maintenance
Proficiency in team leadership, scheduling, and performance management
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective client and team interaction
Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and facility management best practices
Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to implement strategic improvements
Previous experience in facility management or a related industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field is desired
