About the Role:

Field Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination:
Provide accurate travel information and guidance to customers on schedules and processes.
On-Ground Support:
Assist with movement at pickup points, travel hubs, and operational sites.
Documentation:
Collect IDs, verify details, and maintain accurate records.
Scheduling Support:
Help in managing customer flow and adhering to planned activity timelines.
Group Assistance:
Assist elderly or special-needs customers during movement.
Operational Reporting:
Submit daily updates, field reports, and photo documentation.
Crowd Management:
Manage queues, seating, and orderly group handling.
Local Coordination:
Engage with on-site partners or community representatives when required.
Issue Addressing:
Resolve minor customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Process Adherence:
Follow EasyDarshans operational guidelines and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Field Experience:
Prior exposure to fieldwork, customer handling, or travel/event coordination.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to act quickly in dynamic on-ground situations.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Accuracy:
High attention to detail in documentation and verification.
Adaptability:
Comfortable with field travel and varying operational conditions.
Technical Familiarity:
Use of basic mobile apps, communication tools, and entry-level reporting formats.
Relationship Skills:
Ability to connect well with customers and local stakeholders.
Education:
12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.
Local Language Skills:
Comfortable communicating in regional languages.
Service Orientation:
Empathy and patience when assisting customer groups.
