Field Marketing Manager

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing regional marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads in the local market. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead generation goals, planning and managing local events, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, and fostering partnerships with local vendors, partners, and media outlets. You will be tasked with maintaining brand consistency across all marketing activities, tracking campaign performance, managing the marketing budget for the region, and engaging with local customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Your role will also involve working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are in line with sales targets and objectives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing budgets and executing marketing campaigns, as well as familiarity with B2B or B2C marketing, will be advantageous. Travel may be required to attend local events and meetings, and occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to manage events or meet deadlines.
