Job Description

A Field Marketing Manager leads on-the-ground, face-to-face marketing efforts, bridging company strategy with local markets by executing events, demos, and campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and gather customer insights, working closely with sales teams to create memorable brand experiences and convert prospects into advocates. They manage teams, develop regional plans, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals through direct consumer engagement in physical locations like events, stores, or specific geographic areas.  Key Responsibilities Strategy Execution: Adapting national campaigns for local relevance and implementing regional marketing programs. Event Management: Planning and executing events, product demos, trade shows, and in-store promotions. Sales Support: Working with sales teams to generate leads, accelerate opportunities, and support account-specific marketing. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating field marketing teams (brand ambassadors, etc.). Market Research: Gathering direct feedback and data from consumers to inform future strategies. Content Creation: Developing materials like emails, landing pages, and case studies for regional campaigns.
