As a Senior HR Executive at a Packing Tape Manufacturer company in Coimbatore, your role involves a variety of responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be expected to have a sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining employee files and the HR filing system, managing employee attendance and leave records, identifying training needs, proposing appropriate training, providing administrative support, overseeing recruitment, statutory compliance, training & development, employee engagement, general administration, and other HR functions specific to the manufacturing plant. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sound knowledge of various HR areas - Maintaining employee files and HR filing system - Managing employee attendance and leave records - Identifying and proposing training needs - Providing administrative support - Overseeing recruitment, statutory compliance, training & development, employee engagement, and general HR functions for the manufacturing plant **Qualification Required:** - Minimum experience in a similar HR role - Strong presentation and communication management skills - Educational Qualification: MBA HR, MSW HR, or PGDPM - Familiarity with benefits such as ESIC and EPF This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from 25000 to 35000.
