We are expanding our presence and looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to boost walk-ins, admissions, and brand visibility in nearby communities.

Job Summary

We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager who can drive local marketing activities, conduct door-to-door campaigns, plan community events, and generate quality leads for preschool admissions. This role is 100% field-oriented and ideal for someone energetic, confident, and passionate about parent engagement and preschool growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns around the school’s catchment areas.
• Conduct door-to-door reach-outs, distribute brochures, and communicate program benefits to parents.
• Identify local societies, communities, apartments, and events for lead generation.
• Build strong visibility for First School through street branding, banners, stalls, and tie-ups.
• Generate daily/weekly walk-ins, inquiries, and leads for preschool admissions.
• Organize preschool promotional events, kids’ activities, and parent engagement drives.
• Maintain marketing data, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the Center Head for conversions.
• Analyze performance and suggest local marketing strategies for each branch.

Skills & Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in Field Marketing / Field Sales (Education sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with parents.
• Confidence in conducting door-to-door campaigns and on-ground promotions.
• Ability to plan and execute local marketing activities independently.
• Basic reporting skills (leads, walk-ins, conversions).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
