About Tutorzila Tutorzila helps students find the right tutor for their learning style. We provide personalised, high-quality home and online tutoring across Bangalore. We're growing fast and looking for an energetic field manager to accelerate our on-ground presence. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Field Marketing Manager who can represent Tutorzila in residential societies, communities, and local events across Bangalore. Your goal: Increase awareness, generate leads, and build trust among parents through direct outreach. Key Responsibilities On-Ground Outreach Visit residential societies, apartments, gated communities, and schools (non-academic meets only). Set up and manage on-ground marketing activities like stalls, pamphlet distribution approval, and notice board placements. Engage with parents and explain Tutorzila's services clearly. Lead Generation Identify hotspots with high student density. Collect and maintain a database of interested parents. Follow up with the internal sales team for conversions. Coordination & Execution Plan daily/weekly field routes. Coordinate with society managers, community admins, and event organizers. Ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed and used. Reporting Provide daily activity reports: locations visited, leads captured, approvals taken, etc. Track performance metrics and share insights. Who We're Looking For 14 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or on-ground promotions. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Comfortable travelling across Bangalore. Confident, energetic, and good at connecting with parents. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good negotiation skills for society permissions. Strong Communication Skills The candidate must have clear, confident, and effective communication skills , especially while interacting with parents and society management. They should be able to: Explain Tutorzila's services in a simple, convincing, parent-friendly manner Listen actively and understand a parent's needs Ask the right questions to identify interest Present information professionally during on-ground interactions Build trust quickly through clear, respectful conversation What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives (per lead / per event). Working Hours 6 days a week (weekends may have more society events). Flexibility for timing based on residential society schedules.
