Tutorzila helps students find therighttutor for their learning style. We provide personalised, high-quality home and online tutoring across Bangalore. We're growing fast and looking for an energetic field manager to accelerate our on-ground presence.

Role Overview

Field Marketing Manager

Increase awareness, generate leads, and build trust among parents through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Outreach

• Visit residential societies, apartments, gated communities, and schools (non-academic meets only).
• Set up and manage on-ground marketing activities like stalls, pamphlet distribution approval, and notice board placements.
• Engage with parents and explain Tutorzila's services clearly.

Lead Generation

• Identify hotspots with high student density.
• Collect and maintain a database of interested parents.
• Follow up with the internal sales team for conversions.

Coordination & Execution

• Plan daily/weekly field routes.
• Coordinate with society managers, community admins, and event organizers.
• Ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed and used.

Reporting

• Provide daily activity reports: locations visited, leads captured, approvals taken, etc.
• Track performance metrics and share insights.

Who We're Looking For

• 14 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or on-ground promotions.
• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Kannada

  (preferred).
• Comfortable travelling across Bangalore.
• Confident, energetic, and good at connecting with parents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good negotiation skills for society permissions.

• Listen actively and understand a parent's needs
• Ask the right questions to identify interest
• Present information professionally during on-ground interactions
