Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – LED Lights Job Summary: The Field Marketing Executive (LED Lights) is responsible for promoting and marketing LED lighting products directly in the field through client visits, dealer engagement, and market development activities. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retailers to promote LED lighting products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and influencers in the lighting industry. Generate new business leads and follow up on potential customers to convert inquiries into sales. Execute marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional activities to create product awareness. Collect and report market intelligence—including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Ensure brand visibility through display setups, signage, and other marketing materials at dealer outlets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan territory-wise promotional activities. Provide feedback on product performance and assist in developing effective marketing strategies. Maintain proper records of visits, sales reports, and customer feedback. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to represent the brand. Key Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of LED lighting products and electrical markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Excellent time management and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and field reporting apps. Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of field marketing or sales experience in the LED lighting or electrical products industry. Experience working with dealers, contractors, or project clients preferred. Performance Indicators: Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Growth in customer base and active dealers. Market coverage and lead conversion ratio. Brand visibility and execution of marketing initiatives.
