Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies in the field to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Develop and execute field marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Identify and target potential customers, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and other businesses that use ice products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our ice products. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Provide ongoing support and service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential customers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns. Manage and maintain marketing materials and Point of Sale (POS) displays. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the ice or beverage industry. Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences.
