Our mission is to revive the ancient wisdom of cow-based living through sustainable and eco-friendly offerings like air purifier cakes, dhoop sticks, soaps, and wellness products. Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to expand WoW Nandi’s market presence by building strong customer relationships, driving retail and institutional sales, and promoting our Panchgavya-based product range. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential retailers, distributors, and business partners in assigned territories. Demonstrate and explain WoW Nandi products to customers to promote awareness and drive sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct product sampling, promotional campaigns, and on-ground activities. Collect customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights. Maintain accurate daily visit reports and update sales records regularly. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in FMCG / Ayurveda / Organic / Wellness product sales will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Passion for eco-friendly and spiritual living is preferred. Compensation: CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum and incentivesd Attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities within the organization.
