We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs and services through on-ground marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, organizing events, and building brand awareness among students, parents, schools, and colleges. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote educational programs. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and roadshows to generate qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales and admission team to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion. Identify potential partners, institutions, and influencers to build strategic collaborations Distribute marketing materials (brochures, banners, posters) and ensure brand visibility. Collect and analyze market feedback to identify new opportunities and trends. Maintain and update daily reports on lead generation and campaign performance. Support the digital marketing team with on-ground data and insights. Represent the company at education fairs and career expos. Required Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong public interaction and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Knowledge of the education industry or EdTech sector is a plus. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
