Role Overview This role is strictly field-based and best suited for those who love travel, client interaction, and real-time industrial engagement. Your Daily Routine Will Include: • Visit 3–5 industrial zones/factories per day • Share brochures, explain services, and collect lead data • Generate client interest and schedule consultant calls • Support the office team in coordinating client visits • Capture geo-tagged photos, videos, and meeting logs • Submit daily visit reports (online) with CRM entry Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in Marketing / Business / Commerce • 1–2 Years of field experience (freshers with confidence can apply) • Bike mandatory (minimum 65 km/litre mileage) • Must be comfortable with field travel, walking, and interacting with factory clients • Strong communication in Hindi; basic English preferred • Must be familiar with Haryana geography or able to navigate using Google Maps • Android phone required with location/GPS enabled at all times Salary & Incentive Structure Category Amount (₹) Conditions Base Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Based on experience & interview Performance-Based Target Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month With consistent monthly performance Max Monthly Earning ₹30,000 – ₹32,000/month With high lead closures Travel Allowance ₹1,000 – ₹2,000/month Based on distance & travel logs Mobile Data Reimbursement Up to ₹300/month On actual usage with bills Uniform Support One-time (Optional) For brand representation Field Incentive Plan Incentive Component Description Amount (₹) Monthly Cap Lead Generation Valid business leads entered in CRM ₹100/lead 30 leads (₹3,000) Client Meeting Bonus Verified with photo/video & geo-tag ₹150/meeting 10 meetings (₹1,500) Proposal Shared Signed proposal/photo of client stamp ₹200/proposal 5 proposals (₹1,000) Deal Conversion Client makes payment for any service ₹500– ₹1,000/closure 5 closures (₹5,000) Area Coverage 3+ industrial belts covered in a week ₹500/week ₹2,000 max Target Bonus 8+ closures in a month ₹2,000 flat 1/month Geo-Tag Compliance Geo-tagged photos/videos are mandatory for: • Client meetings • Site visits • Industrial advertisements/flex/poster campaigns Non-compliance may lead to rejection of incentive claims.
