Job Title: Administrative cum Document Executive (Strictly Documentation Role)

G D Industrial Consulting & Services is a Delhi-based management consulting firm serving MSMEs, manufacturing units, and startups, particularly in the industrial zones of Haryana.

Government incentive schemes for MSMEs
Regulatory licenses, industrial compliance, and certifications (ISO, BIS, ZED)
Health & safety audits, factory documentation, and subsidy support
Our team is led by Mr. Gupil Dahiya, an expert in strategic compliance, government scheme execution, and industrial growth advisory.
Role Summary
This position is strictly focused on documentation, back-office coordination, and internal client case processing. It does not involve sales, business development, or cold calling. The role requires a high level of discipline, accuracy, and document management skills, including support for online submissions, audits, and compliance-related formalities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and organize documents for subsidy, certification, or compliance-related case files
Log and maintain documentation status and case files in Excel/To-Do lists
Draft declarations, CA certificate requests, cover letters, and supporting templates for each case
Upload documents on government portals (e.g., MSME portal, ZED, BIS, etc.)
Manage deadlines and document tracking (submission timelines within 5 working days)
Follow-up for missing or incorrect documents via WhatsApp, email, or call
Maintain daily updates in diary and share progress summary with the reporting head
Merge PDF files, create proper document folders, and submit final reports online
Keep Google Calendar, emails, and drive folders updated for all client matters
Coordinate internally for approvals, compliance checks, and boss reviews before final submission
Handle all incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Required Skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, and document merging tools (PDF converter)
Excellent document filing and formatting discipline
Strong written communication (Hindi + basic English)
Ability to handle multiple client files simultaneously
Strong follow-up attitude and process-oriented work ethic
Prior experience in documentation roles in CA offices, industrial consultants, or compliance/legal firms is a plus
